CBCA Names Kenneth Di Bella as CEO
Ft. Worth,
TX. August 29, 2005-- CBCA Administrators named Kenneth Di
Bella as its CEO, effective September 1, 2005. Mr. Di Bella
joined CBCA when Bridge Benefits, a company he founded, was
acquired by CBCA in June, 2005. Since then, he has served
as CBCA’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
“Ken
has done an excellent job of pulling together the management
team and setting the company’s priorities,” said
Don Trudeau, Chairman of The Loge Group, LLC, parent company
of CBCA. “We have confidence that Ken will chart the
right course for our future as the country’s premier
benefit management organization.”
Outgoing
CEO George Pillari will remain as an advisor to CBCA with
a focus on outsourcing partnerships, key customer relationships
and mergers and acquisitions. Trudeau added, “George
has executed a planned transition and will remain a valuable
contributor to our long-term success. We are grateful for
his efforts during the last year.”
