CBCA Administrators Acquires Bridge Benefits

FT. WORTH, TX., June 20, 2005…CBCA Administrators, Inc., a national third-party healthcare administrator, announced it has acquired Bridge Benefits, Inc., of Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Kenneth Di Bella, founder of Bridge, has joined CBCA as President & COO. Mr. Rodney Napier of Bridge has joined CBCA as Chief Marketing Officer.
